Can I scan/copy book chapters to add to D2L?

Answer

The answer is normally a limit of one chapter. Under these unusual circumstances, greater application of Fair Use is being encouraged where necessary. Therefore, longer portions of a book can be added to D2L. See the Public Statement of Library Copyright Specialists: Fair Use & Emergency Remote Teaching & Research.
