It depends on when IT Solutions does a batch change to student status and changes all graduates to alumni.  Sometimes the status change has happened within a few weeks of graduation. Sometimes it has taken much longer. 

You have a few options for access once your status has changed.  You can come into the library and use the community stations to access databases. We have limited numbers of seats, and they auto shut down at 9 PM.  Please see this page for more information.

If you are not in Mankato, many other university libraries have similar policies where you can utilize their resources.

Another good option for you might be the eLibraryMN Portal. The eLibraryMN Portal allows free access to a host of databases, including EBSCO's Academic Search Premier.  It is available only to people currently located in MN, which they verify by your IP address.

If you can state your case as to why you need access, we may be able to grant you a temporary username/password until they finish their work.
