I am looking for an article in MavScholar and it says that we have access but the link does not work.

We apologize for the inconvenience. There is likely an error in the record that we will need to investigate.  In the meantime, if you still need that article, you can order it through Interlibrary Loan.  It should come fairly quickly (usually a day or two).  Go to the record in MavScholar. Locate the "How to get it section" and click on the sign in link.  An option to order through Interlibrary Loan will appear.  A form will automatically populate. Do not change anything except to add "Instructed by librarian to order via ILL - library link not working" in the comments section.  Then request it.
