What does Locate Failed mean for my interlibrary loan request?

Your interlibrary loan request is being worked on by library staff.
Locate Failed simply means that the system did not automatically match your request with a lending library.
Library staff will manually locate potential libraries; status will change to "Sent to Suppliers."
Except for "Request Cancelled," all other statuses mean ILL request is being worked on.
